Els Fruiters:
Hi ha arbres fruiters per tota la finca. Per cert, no n’hi ha una zona de fruiters, estan plantats per tot arreu. Estan barrejats amb arbres d’ombra per incrementar la biodiversitat de la finca. Tenim una gran varietat d’espècies i varietats tots barrejats. Des de pins pinyoners a matolls de saüc. Els arbres plantats per nosaltres estan alcoxats per mantenir l’humiditat, reduir adventícies i millorar la terra. No llaurem la terra, només seguem l’herba espontània i ho deixem per incorporar-se a la terra. Deixem créixer les plantes que considerem interessant, com la santolina, sempreviva, ruda, sedum, fonoll ...

The Fruit Trees:
There are fruit trees throughout the farm. In fact, there is no designated orchard, the trees are planted everywhere. They are interspersed with “nonfruit” trees to increase the biodiversity of the farm. We have all the species that are viable in our area. And we have more that one variety of each species. From pine nut trees to elderberry bushes. The trees planted by us are mulched to maintain humidity, prevent weeds and improve the soil. We don’t till the soil, we only mow the plants that grow spontaneously and let it compost “I situ”. We don’t mow the plants considered to be useful, such as, santolina, sempreviva, ruda, fonoll …
